SHIPPING  COSTS

Due to Covid we temporarily have to stop taking orders from countries outside of the EU. We just can't guarantee that they arrive safely at their destination. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping costs will be added at checkout. All shipments are with tracking number. 

Ger:  < 1 kg € 4.50 // < 20 kg € 5.50
EU (European Union): < 2 kg € 9.00 // < 5 kg € 15.00
International/Rest of the world: < 2 kg € 14.00

Please contact us if you want to place an order above the weight limit.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping process

We mostly use DHL for shipping.

DHL is a quick and reliable way to get your package. All of our packages sent via DHL will include tracking.

Please note that DHL does not deliver to PO boxes. DHL is not available to all countries and addresses, and as for all non-EU shipments, additional fees for customs clearance may apply.

All items are shipped from Germany. Orders are processed as soon as possible, but please note that during the busiest periods (e.g. around the holiday season or Conventions) it may take up to 10 days for us to get to your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Please note: Preorders will be shipped out as soon as they are available. If your buy an item that is set to ‘preorder’ we will ship your whole order after the release of the preordered item.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, so the best way to find out the shipping cost for a specific item is to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
